External training in the field of human factors in accordance with PART 145 requirements

On April 4th, 2023, "Orao" JSC conducted an external training in the field of human factors in order to improve the QMS in accordance with the requirements of PART 145 (145.A.30 and 145.A.35). This training is extremely important for the improvement of the QMS of "Orao" JSC as it emphasizes the importance of human factors in the aviation industry. The training focused on developing employees' abilities to recognize and manage factors that can affect their behavior and performance, in order to reduce the risk of accidents and improve the quality of work.

The training was divided into two parts. The initial training was intended for employees who were taking this training for the first time, while the recurrent training was intended for employees who had previously attended it. It is expected that this step will increase the safety and efficiency of "Orao" JSC operations.
