Successful completion of QMS certification
In the period starting from 17-18/11/2020 the Military Quality Control (VKK) of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia carried out supervisory inspection of the quality management system in Orao JSC. The area of inspection was the overhaul of turbojet engines, development and production of spare parts for turbojet engines.
During the recertification, all ORAO JSC Bijeljina processes were checked, the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, compliance with the requirements of the standard, legislation, as well as with documented procedures and work instructions required by the standards.
The conclusion is that ORAO JSC Bijeljina is working on continuous improvements in the effectiveness of the quality system using policies and objectives, with regular review of the system by the management.
This supervisory verification confirmed that the quality management system operates in accordance with documented procedures, regulatory requirements and standard requirements. In this regard, recertification was performed:
- QMS according to the requirements of the SORS 9000/14 standard
- QMS according to the requirements of the standard SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 (ISO 9001: 2015)
- Occupational health and safety management system according to the requirements of the standard SRPS OHSAS 18001: 2008 (OHSAS 18001: 2007)
- Environmental management system according to the requirements of the standard SRPS ISO 14001: 2015 (ISO 14001: 2015)
