“Orao” at Sarajevo’s First Defence Equipment and Arms Fair, Welcoming Numerous Delegations from Europe and Around the World
“Orao” a.d. Bijeljina is participating in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s first international arms and defence equipment exhibition, First Balkan Shield – Defence Industry Expo and Summit 2026, taking place in Sarajevo from 1 to 4 September. The company’s exhibition stand has welcomed numerous delegations, ranging from military representatives from France, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates to military delegations from Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
“Our goal is to showcase ‘Orao’s’ capabilities in the aviation industry and present the full range of expertise and services we provide — from the overhaul of turbojet engines to laboratory testing and the production of specific components under licences from globally recognised companies. An exhibition of this kind is highly important for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the strong interest shown by officials and foreign delegations in ‘Orao’s’ stand is a clear indication that the European and global markets recognise and value the expertise our company has developed and preserved for more than 80 years.
