The main activity of production is the production of parts and modules for turbojet engines.
Production capacities, state-of-the-art technologies and trained professional staff enable the production of the most complex parts, especially those made of stainless fireproof steels, titanium, nickel and other alloys. Thanks primarily to its own capabilities in the field of machining, "ORAO" produces even the most complex parts of turbojet engines. So far, over 4000 different items (parts) of turbojet engines have been mastered, including parts for CFM-56 engine licensed by General Electric, parts for Astazou IIIB helicopter engines licensed by Turbomeca, parts for MTU and SKF, as well as a large number of parts under license Rolls-Royce license. We successfully construct and produce special tools and devices for the needs of overhaul of turbojet engines, as well as tools and parts for various purposes, such as: special assembly and disassembly tools, casting tools, tools for making plastic products, production of medical equipment, etc. The production process has been supported by a computer CAD / CAM system, licensed IDEAS and CATIA software for more than 15 years.
