PUBLIC INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AND PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROSPECTIVE BUYERS

ORAO a.d. Bijeljina hereby announces a Public Invitation for Expressions of Interest and Pre-Qualification of Prospective Buyers to participate in a negotiated sale procedure for surplus movable assets owned by Bosnia and Herzegovina – Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The invitation is open to interested domestic and foreign legal entities that meet the prescribed requirements for trading in arms and military equipment.

Interested legal entities are invited to submit a Letter of Intent, proof of company registration, and proof of authorization to trade in arms and military equipment, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Public Invitation.

Following successful qualification and the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), qualified applicants will be granted access to detailed documentation concerning the assets offered for sale.

The deadline for submission of applications is 9 November 2026, at 16:00 (local time in Bosnia and Herzegovina).
