An agreement was reached on cooperation with the Technical School "Mihajlo Pupin" Bijeljina
On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, an agreement was reached on business and technical cooperation between the representatives of the "Orao" JSC Bijeljina and Technical School "Mihajlo Pupin" in Bijeljina. The conversation was attended by Acting Director Mladen Stojanović and his closest associates as well as representatives of the Technical School "Mihajlo Pupin" Bijeljina, Director Milenko Maksimović and his associates Milan Kapetina and Mladen Stanišić.
In this way, high school students are given the opportunity to gain their first practical experiences and space for personal advancement through work in the real sector. Students get better chances for employment, and "Orao" JSC has the possibility for a greater choice of quality workforce.
They also discussed future models of cooperation in which students of the Technical School "Mihajlo Pupin" would be additionally educated and professionally trained on the topic of aviation technology.
We believe that students will recognize the opportunity to gain a true picture of the production process and, in cooperation with our employees, improve the acquired theoretical knowledge.
In the coming days, the formal signing of the agreement will emphasize the importance of this cooperation in the function of joint action to the mutual satisfaction.
