Training in the field of human factors was successfully completed
On March 19, 2021 Human Factors training was held in the premises of our company in accordance with the requirements of the PART-145 standard. The training was held by a lecturer from the Belgrade Aviation Academy, Prof. Strahinja Ognjanovic.
The training included 8 sub-modules through which employees were introduced to factors that can potentially affect a person, and which can lead to an faults in performing work tasks, which can further result in an accident. In addition, it is presented in what ways the influences of the given factors can be reduced and the occurrence of faults related to the human factor can be prevented.
The training was held as part of the continuous training of employees, which improves the knowledge of the organization, as well as the quality management system.
