Successful verification of the quality management system

ORAO JSC has successfully met the quality management system verification in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the aviation standard EN 9100: 2018.

The audit was carried out by a team of auditors from the internationally certified body Bureau Veritas, consisting of Karen Schulze, Chief Auditor, and Philippe Crepelliere, a member of the team, in the period starting from 30/08 to 03/09/2021. ORAO JSC company has a previously confirmed quality management system and the mentioned standards, and has retained the existing certificate in the field of designing and production of spare parts for turbojet engines; maintenance, repair and overhaul of turbojet engines; designing and production of special tools; verification of measuring equipment; testing of materials and galvanic-chemical protection services.

The recertification according to the standards ISO 9001: 2015 and EN 9100: 2018 confirmed the vision of long-term development of the organization and policies regarding the quality of products and services. "Orao" JSC is a business system with a clear division of competencies and authorities, based on documented operating instructions, which reduces the possibility of faults in business processes and creates a basis for decision-making based on facts. All interested parties such as customers and service users, suppliers and caompany’s employees benefit from compliance with the requirements of quality management system standards.
