Students of the Faculty of Technology from Zvornik Visit “Orao” a.d. Bijeljina
“Orao” a.d. Bijeljina today hosted students of the Faculty of Technology from Zvornik, who, as part of a professional study visit, had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the company’s work organization, technological processes, and production capacities.
During the visit, the students were introduced to the entire production system, with particular emphasis on the electroplating and chemical surface protection facility, one of the most technologically complex and sensitive segments within the company’s industrial structure. In this area, students were able to observe how contemporary theoretical knowledge in the fields of chemical and industrial technologies is applied in real production conditions, in strict compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The purpose of the visit was to provide students with insight into the practical aspects of industrial operations and to offer a clear perspective on the professional challenges they may face after completing their studies. Exposure to a real production environment represents an important step in their academic and professional development and serves as a valuable complement to the knowledge acquired in classrooms and laboratory settings.
