Machining

Machining is a process where material (mostly metal) is cut to the desired final shape and size by a controlled material removal process.

  • Turning

    Whether it is, longitudinal, inner or outer diameter turning-we offer high dimensional accuracy, where needed. Complex threads, undercuts, or special grooves are not an issue for us. We can provide you with all types of turning operations for which you provide us with technical documentation or a sketched drawing. Whether plastic, aluminum, non-ferrous alloys, high-alloy, and low-alloy steels. The proper dimension ensures your component is fitted exactly where needed. By turning we can achieve perfect shapes with proper positions, dimensions, and angles. We produce all types of threads; metric, imperial (USA and UK), trapezoidal threads, etc. Regular inspections carried out by trained and qualified inspectors also ensure the dimensional accuracy of all products.
  • Milling

    Remove the material to get the desired shape. Whether it is a hand sketch or a 3D file, we provide milling services as per your ideas. Milling is a process by which we achieve flat surfaces, precise contours, and exact distances. Depending on the request, we offer roughly-finished or finely-finished components. 3D Milling Owing to our intelligent programming system, we can offer the milling of almost every 3D contour. 3D milling is usually used in the production of tools and dies/casts/molds. Face milling Tools with a large number of cutting edges are used for the production of highly precise fine surface finish. Shoulder milling Shoulder milling includes cutting parts in order to improve dimensional accuracy and/or surface quality. Drilling/ Cutting spindles/ Milling machines are versatile (multipurpose) milling machines. An automated machine park has tool changers that enable fast work process.
  • Grinding

    Versatile machine park, specialized for performing high-quality and complex operations of grinding steel, aluminum, and sintered metal. Besides the modern CNC grinding machines for complex internal and external cylindrical grinding, we have highly flexible, conventional precise machines for internal cylindrical grinding, external cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding, surface grinding, and honing. Grinding services include round and flat grinding accuracy up to 0.003mm. Machining quality H4-H3.
  • Drilling: for drilling, we use pillar and radial drilling machines.

    Radial drilling
    In the manufacturing industry, drilling machines have immense importance. They are primarily used for drilling holes of different sizes and precise depths, while their secondary use is for tapping, reaming, dot interlining, counter-drilling, etc. Using radial drilling machines, we can make a hole in practically any piece of metal. We offer to drill different types of material, such as aluminum, carbon steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. Another great characteristic of radial drilling machines is that it enables drilling multiple holes in one setup. In that sense, we have equipped our production unit with reliable pillar drilling machines that allow us to secure the highest levels of finishing. Almost every machined part shall, in some other form, have to contain a drilled hole. Whether it is the positioning of a fixing screw, or screw holes, accuracy is essential. The main function of the pillar drilling machine is to drill holes extremely efficiently and with the highest precision.
  • Vertical lathes

    CNC vertical lathes are machines that have a wide range of processing and high efficiency in the production of large-dimension parts. They are used for rough and fine finish:
    • external and internal turning of cylindrical parts dimensions up to1600 mm
    • external and internal turning of conical surfaces
    • turning of the front face by constant cutting speed
    • turning of cylindrical surface of different shapes, including coils
    • external and internal scraping of treads, etc
