Forming

Forming is a subset of manufacturing technologies that has a number of advantages, like accelerating the production process and producing minimal amounts of waste material. Deep drawing is one of the most progressive methods of metal forming, from a technical, as well as economical stand point. The majority of these processes are cold sizing, which results in better mechanical properties of the finished product. Considering that these methods require high forces, we are equipped with hydraulic and eccentric presses with load capacity ranging from 50 – 400 MPa. This allows forming of all material types, steel, aluminium and brass alloys, as well as materials suitable for sealant production.

Technologies like pressing - stamping, are suitable for producing large quantities of product, because they guarantee repeatable dimensions and enable production of complex parts in the shortest amount of time. Combined with EDM, we are able to fabricate high precision tools, which reduces the number of operations needed to achieve high quality standards. A significant cost reduction is achieved when compared to conventional methods like machining, so with minimum or zero post processing, the parts can be used or mounted in the proper assembly.

  • Sheet metal cutting – Shearing – thickness up to 12 mm / 1/2”
  • Cutting with vibrating shears – thickness up to 3 mm / 1/8”
  • 3 Roller bending – thickness up to 25 mm / 1”
  • Expanding of circular and cone shaped parts – in diameter up to Ø865 mm / 34”
  • Forming, drawing and bending using hydraulic and eccentric presses.
